There is a Moment
at night
When everything is silent
When your breath seems to freeze in your chest
During that moment
all your worries become realized
All your fears come to the surface
You are reminded of your gifts
The things you have accomplished
And the people by your side.
In that moment
When everything is silent
And your breaths lay frozen
Hope overcomes the fear
and you wake up to a new day.
